Community Calendar
One of the central questions discussed in Hack:Org:X is how we can better align our planning around the year. Having a couple of places to check for upcoming events would be great.
We would like to start an initiative to aggregate and publish data from multiple community calendars, such as the one being run by the Opendata.ch community, as well as others listed above.
If you have a calendar or ideas of your own to contribute, please get in touch!
This is a shared community calendar, originally part of the Opendata.ch Forum

Retrospectives
Bring your team together, collect feedback after event, share it with the community!

Running a retrospective with your org-team has many benefits, creates space to discuss issues that may not have been voiced in the heat of the event, commit to improvements and help to ensure sunstainability of your hackathons.

We would love to see retrospectives like this being shared by other hackathon organizers, collect your blog or social media posts here. If you need a template or some guidance on how to do this, get in touch!

Motivations
> Identify your internal stakeholders and set expectations. Hackathons are cross-functional. No hackathon is run by a community person alone. It is important to ensure everyone is aligned on the goals, what is required to achieve them, and that the necessary resources are committed.
